Designation of various Gold Fossicking Areas

Pursuant to section 98 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, we hereby designate as gold fossicking areas the areas of land listed in the Schedule.

Detailed maps of these areas may be inspected during normal business hours at the Ministry of Commerce Library, Ministry of Commerce Building, 33 Bowen Street, Wellington and at the following Department of Conservation offices: Head Office, 59 Boulcott Street, Wellington; West Coast Regional Conservancy, Sewell Street, Hokitika; Nelson/Marlborough Regional Conservancy, 186 Bridge Street, Nelson; Southland Regional Conservancy, State Insurance Building, Don Street, Invercargill.
