Pursuant to Section 104DD of the Property Law Act 1952

Take notice that on the 6th day of September 1996, Harding Electrical Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, entered into possession of a property situated at 24A Akatarawa Road, Upper Hutt (legally described as Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 47451 and comprised in certificate of title 18B/271, Wellington Registry) against which the said Harding Electrical Limited holds a second registered mortgage.

Approved Woolmarking Preparations No. 1017: Ag. 1300-38

Pursuant to section 63B (4) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967 and after consultation with the New Zealand Wool Board, I hereby give notice that the woolmarking preparation set out in the Schedule hereto (being product of DY-MARK (NZ) Limited) is approved as suitable for use for all purposes in making marks on the wool of sheep.

This approval takes effect on the day following the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
