Notice of Intention to Remove Company from the Register

Notice is given that under section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955, application will be made to remove Scovill (N.Z.) Limited from the Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles.

The registered office of Scovill (N.Z.) Limited is the offices of Bell Gully Buddle Weir, Level Twelve, Auckland Club Tower, 34 Shortland Street, Auckland.

The date by which an objection to removal, under section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, must be delivered to the Registrar is the 18th day of October 1996.

Public Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company from the Register

Public notice is given that pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, the Registrar of Companies must remove Christchurch Sheep Show (NZ) Limited (in liquidation) whose registered office is situated at 100 Burnett Street, Ashburton, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, have been sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies thereby completing the liquidation pursuant to section 219 of the Act.

Unless, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, written objection to the removal is delivered to the Registrar by the 7th day of October 1996 (being a date not less than 28 days after the date of this notice), the Registrar is obliged to remove the company from the Register.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Auckland within 28 days of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
