Land Acquired for Road in Waitakere City

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road, subject as to the land secondly described to the reservations imposed by section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and shall vest in The Waitakere City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
