Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Sections 24 and 229 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955

On 22 January 1996, it was resolved by special resolution of Shareholders, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, that G M Scott Limited be liquidated and that Garth Norman Snell, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of January 1996.
