(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and sections 60 (2) and 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be limited access road and State highway and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 39A/39, Canterbury Land Registry.

Road Deviation at Yessups Bend, Allandale, State Highway No. 79

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 79, and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas marked “J,” and “L” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 731/19.

(ii) The areas marked “O”, “Q” and “T” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 20F/653.

(iii) The areas marked “U”, “W” and “Z” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 763/95.

(iv) The area marked “C” shall be added to the Allandale Recreation Reserve.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 20F/653.
