Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at John Vague and Associates, Chartered Accountants, 80 Greys Avenue, Auckland, with reference to McKeevers Transport Limited, hereby give notice that on 27 August 1996, Jane Louise Percival appointed them jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of McKeevers Transport Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in an instrument dated 7 February 1991 and an instrument dated 2 March 1992 which has been assigned.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Notice is hereby given that Bruce McCallum and Keith Goddard Palmer, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed as receivers of income of certain property of Mandate Ventures Limited on the 22nd day of August 1996, under the powers contained in a mortgage dated the 9th day of July 1993.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of the rental income derived from Units 5–8, 6–16 Belfast Street, Wellington. The appointment has been made under a mortgage granted to the New Zealand Insurance Life Limited.
