Richard Dale Agnew and Kevin James Bearsley, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed receivers and managers of Lab-Plas (NZ) Limited and Lab-Plas (Holdings) Limited on the 28th day of December 1995 under the terms of debentures dated 20 June 1986 and 8 June 1988 respectively, giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the companies.
