On 15 December 1995, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 211 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, that St Martins Enterprises Limited be liquidated and that Peter William Young, chartered accountant of KPMG Peat Marwick, Christchurch, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
