Notice of Resolution for Winding Up

In the matter, pursuant to section 213 of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Geyser Gas (Rotorua) Limited:

Notice is hereby given that by extraordinary resolution of shareholders, dated the 18th day of December 1995, it was resolved:

(a) That the company, being solvent, and the directors having certified as to the company being solvent, be wound up.

(b) That Alastair James Gibson, chartered accountant of Rotorua, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.
