By order of the High Court of New Zealand, Invercargill Registry on 30 August 1995, Peter James Heenan, chartered accountant of Invercargill, was appointed receiver and manager by virtue of the Partnership Act 1908, of the partnership of Terrence Francis and Karen Patricia Wilkins and Raymond Joseph and Pamela Christine Wilkins (trading as Wilkins Brothers Partnership) of Waipounamu, No. 6 R.D., Gore, which consists of all that land, property, stock, plant, produce, bank accounts, being the assets and property of the partnership.
