Member L&P—Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated the 14th day of July 1995, realigning Grays Road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 27 July 1995, No. 73 at page 1983 by deleting reference in the body of the notice to section 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for esplanade reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall remain vested in The South Taranaki District Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
