Easements Acquired, Crown Development Block, Trentham, Upper Hutt City

Pursuant to section 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member L&P—Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, declares easements in gross as defined in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to be acquired and vested in The Upper Hutt City Council as follows:

(a) “Sewage drainage” over the land described in the First Schedule to this notice.

(b) “Water drainage” over the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice.

(c) “Water supply” over the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice.

(d) “Right of way” over the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice.
