Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae including sporting and recreational activities for the common use and benefit of the Maori people and community of Motukiore.

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1995, No. 3.
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked.
The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in Ruapehu District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Ruapehu District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and that:

(i) the area firstly described, now known as Section 1, S.O. 41726, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 678, folio 30, subject to mortgage S. 576169, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) the area secondly described, now known as Section 2, S.O. 41726, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 32D/463, subject to mortgage B. 178681.3, South Auckland Land Registry.
