Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Judith Olga Stack, Secretary for Transport, hereby give notice that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to Singapore Airlines to enable the airline to operate a seventh B747 or equivalent passenger service per week between Singapore and New Zealand.

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to Air New Zealand Limited, to enable the airline to operate up to five return services per week between New Zealand and the United Kingdom, with effect from 1 December 1995.
