Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

John Lawrence Vague and Gillian Eve Edwards, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at John Vague and Associates, Chartered Accountants, 80 Greys Avenue, Auckland, with reference to Davlaw Aluminium Doors and Windows Limited hereby give notice that on 25 August 1995, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in a debenture dated 15 May 1981.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effect, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Take notice that on the 28th day of July 1995, an application for putting Castle Hotels Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
