NOTICE OF MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Waipa Power Limited will be held in the Council Chambers, Alexandra Street, Te Awamutu, on Wednesday, 25 September 1985 at 2.00 pm, for the following purposes:

To receive the Report of the Directors and Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31 March 1985.
To elect Directors.
To reappoint the Auditors and fix their remuneration.
To consider and if thought fit, to pass the following resolution:
That the Directors be and are hereby authorized to fix the remuneration of the Directors for the ensuing year.
To transact any other business which may be properly brought before the meeting.
