Realignment of Ball Road in South Taranaki District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The South Taranaki District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Realignment of Ball Road in South Taranaki District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule and the leasehold estate of the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The South Taranaki District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule and the leasehold estate of the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be taken, and that area “AU”, now known as Section 1, S.O. Plan 12570 and area “AR”, now known as Section 1, S.O. Plan 12571 be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title E4/887, subject to memorandum of mortgage 376609.23 and caveat 379352, Taranaki Land Registry.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be stopped and that:

(i) Area “AT”, now known as Section 2, S.O. PLAN 12570, and areas “ASA”, “ASB”, “ASC” and “ASD” together now known as Section 2, S.O. Plan 12571, be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title E4/887, subject to memorandum of mortgage 376609.23 and caveat 379352, Taranaki Land Registry.

(ii) Area “AW”, now known as Section 1, S.O. Plan 12569 be:

(a) Amalgamated with the land in certificate of title J2/436 Taranaki Land Registry.

(b) Incorporated with the land in renewable lease 131/209 Taranaki Land Registry.
