Revocation of Authorisation to Take Statutory Declarations

Pursuant to section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957, I hereby revoke the authorisation held by the officers named in the Schedule below to take statutory declarations in the service of the Crown.

Corrigendum

In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 May 1995, No. 45, page 1160, advising of the appointment of officers in the Department of Internal Affairs to take statutory declarations, the designations

Passport Team Leader

and

Passport Officer (2)

appear under the Auckland office and should have been shown under the Christchurch office as appears in the original warrant signed by Hon. D. A. M. Graham, Minister of Justice.

Traffic Regulations 1976

Exemption from Specified Requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976

Pursuant to regulation 90 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, James Lindsay Graham Bell, Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the class of motor vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements contained within regulation 78a (a) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, subject to the conditions specified within Schedule 2 of this notice.

Pursuant to section 48 (2) (f) of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986, and pursuant to a delegation given by the Director of Land Transport Safety in an instrument of delegation dated the 21st day of July 1995, I, Roy Harold Hitchcock, Compliance Officer, Safer People and Operators, hereby approve the following organisation to conduct a course in map reading for the purposes of regulation 11 (1) (c) of the Transport (Driver Licensing) Regulations 1987:
