Pursuant to Sections 8(1) and 11(4) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of August 1995, Messrs Spencer William Bullen and Peter William Young resigned as receivers of each of the companies listed above and in their place Graham Richard Wood was appointed receiver and manager of each such company. The power of appointment is contained in certain mortgage debentures between the Bank of New Zealand ("BNZ") and Westhaven Marine Centre Limited (in receivership) dated 28 May 1987, between the BNZ and Prime-West Corporation Limited (in receivership) dated 29 July 1986, and between the BNZ and Level Corporation Limited (in receivership) dated 4 August 1987, all of which were assigned by BNZ to Lochlea Investments Limited by way of a deed of assignment dated 11 July 1995.

The property in receivership is all the present and future undertaking, property, assets and revenues of, respectively, each such company listed above.
