NOTICE OF MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Otago Power Limited will be held at the Dunedin City Council Chambers, The Octagon, Dunedin, on Friday, the 20th day of September, 1940, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the following purposes:

  1. To receive and consider the Directors’ Report and the Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31st March, 1940.

  2. To elect Directors.

  3. To fix the remuneration of the Directors.

  4. To transact any other business which may be brought before the meeting in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association.

NOTICE OF DIVIDEND

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a dividend of Five per cent, less income tax, has been declared by the Directors of Otago Power Limited on the Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, payable on the 30th day of September, 1940, to shareholders registered at the close of business on the 26th day of August, 1940.
