Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

David Bryden Davidson and David John Bridgman, both chartered accountants of Auckland, whose offices are at Level Fifteen, Arthur Andersen Tower, 205–209 Queen Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 8th day of August 1995, they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Yasata Cosmetics (NZ) Limited (“the company”) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 15th day of December 1994.

The appointment was made in respect of all of the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

On the 4th day of August 1995, Scottish Pacific Business Finance Limited, being the holder of a debenture dated the 20th day of May 1994, and registered at the Companies Office at Auckland on the 24th day of May 1994, issued to it by Semi Plastics Limited (in liquidation) (“the company”) appointed Robert Gordon Foster and Malcolm David Innes-Jones, chartered accountants, both of Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers of the book debts, relevant agreements and associated rights (each defined in the debenture) of Semi Plastics Limited (in liquidation) charged by the debenture with each and all of the powers conferred upon receivers by the debenture and at law.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Richard Dale Agnew and Kevin James Bearsley, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed receivers and managers of Limbrick Fashions Limited on the 10th day of August 1995 by Westpac Banking Corporation under the terms of a debenture dated 7 February 1994, giving the holder a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company. The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
