Land Set Apart for Police Purposes (Police House)—Queen Street, Wairoa

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares the land described in the Schedule to be set apart for police purposes (Police House).

1011 square metres, being Section 282, S.O. 9438, situate in Block V, Clyde Survey District, comprised in certificate of title P4/518. S.O. 9438 is held in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier.

Road Realignment (Homewood Road) in the Masterton District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The Masterton District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules to this notice to be stopped declares that:

(i) The area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 747/46, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 124953.11.

(ii) The area described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 747/47, subject to memorandum of mortgage 995112.9.
