Land Acquired for Road in Far North District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule, is acquired for road, and shall vest in the Far North District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares the part of stopped road described in the Schedule to be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 76C/238, North Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares the land described in the Schedule is acquired for a limited access road, which becomes road, limited access road, and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
