Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Gisborne 1995, No. 1.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the pieces of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

  3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Hawke's Bay Land District

All those pieces of land described as follows:

  • Area: 0.3826 ha
    Being: Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 20329, situated in Block I, Clyde Survey District. Formerly part certificate of title C1/1279, now all certificate of title M1/516.

  • Area: 32.6726 ha
    Being: Lot 11 on Deposited Plan 8981, situated in Block I, Clyde Survey District. Formerly part certificate of title C1/1279, now all certificate of title M1/517.

Survey and Land Information

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Thames–Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Waikato Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Schedule

South Auckland Land District

592 square metres, being part Lot 3, D.P. S. 6406; as shown marked “P” on S.O. Plan 59893, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Dated at Hamilton this 31st day of January 1995.

Land Declared Road and Road Stopped and Vested in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road which shall vest in The Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto (now known as Section 1, S.O. 55394) to be stopped and amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 9A/918.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the area of land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken and further declares the said land (now known as Section 2, S.O. 55394) be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 9A/918.

First Schedule

South Auckland Land District

192 square metres, being part Lot 2, D.P. 21591; as shown marked “E” on S.O. Plan 55935, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Second Schedule

South Auckland Land District

934 square metres, adjoining part Lot 2, D.P. 21591, land on D.P. 28542 and part Orahiri 1A Block; as shown marked “F” on S.O. Plan 55934, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Third Schedule

South Auckland Land District

343 square metres, being part Orahiri 1A Block; as shown marked “G” on S.O. Plan 55934, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
