The Hildlife refuge, as hereby amended, is shown on the plan marked E46/265 deposited in the Conservancy Office of the Department of Conservation, Invercargill and thereon edged in red.

Notice Redefining the Purposes and Persons or Class of Persons of a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to sections 338 (5) (c) and (d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori/Maori Land Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purposes and person or class of persons for which the Maori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, was created by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 25, page 558, are hereby redefined as for the common use and benefit of the members of Rangitane, their spouses, their descendants and the trustees of Te Ahi Kaa O Rangitane Charitable Trust for the purposes of an urupa.
