In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Stanislaus Advertising Consultants Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, Tower Two, Shortland Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland on the 7th day of February 1995 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

Further Business:
To consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:

“That the books and papers be retained by the liquidator for 5 years and then destroyed.”

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.

Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

I intend to remove the companies named in this notice from the Register under either section 293 of the Companies Act 1955 or section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, as applicable.

The grounds on which I propose to take this action are that I am satisfied that the named companies have ceased to carry on business and that there is no other reason for these companies to continue in existence.

Objections to the removal of the named companies can be made under either section 296 of the Companies Act 1955 or section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, as applicable. An objection must be in writing and specify the ground relied on. Any such objections must be delivered to the District Registrar of Companies at Auckland within 20 working days of the date of publication of this notice.
