Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receivership Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Gerard James Hult, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Heyelen Group Limited on the 23rd day of January 1995 under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 13th day of August 1986.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

To: The District Registrar of Companies, Wellington.

Rodney Gane Pardington and Russell Stuart Hay, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, Tower Two, Shortland Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that on 26 January 1995, the Bank of New Zealand appointed them jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Khaya Holdings Limited, under the powers contained in an instrument, dated 17 June 1992.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
