Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993
Notice Redefining the Purpose for Which a Maori Reservation was Set Aside
Pursuant to section 338 (5) (c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purposes for which the Maori reservation in respect of the lands described in the Schedule hereto were created by notices published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 80, pages 1615 and 1616, dated 23 August 1973, are hereby redefined to include papakainga housing for the common use and benefit of the Araukuku subtribe.

All that piece of land situated in Block XIV, Ngaere Survey District and Block II, Hawera Survey District and described as follows:
Area ha Being
4.6665 Part Araukuku F being part of the land described in the partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 10 December 1915 and being all of the land contained in C.T. E2/1220.
2.0234 Part Araukuku F being part of the land described in the partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 10 December 1915 and being all of the land contained in C.T. E2/1219.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of an urupa for the common use and benefit of the Iwi of Ngatimutunga.

All that piece of land situated in Block VIII, Waitara Survey District and described as follows:
Area ha Being
2041 Kaipikari 15A, being all of the land described in the partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 10 December 1915.

In the notice headed Maori Land Development Notice, Wanganui 1995, No. 4, published in the New Zealand Gazette dated 27 July 1995, No. 73, page 797, the certificate of title shown in the Second Schedule as “No. 13C/9553” should be stated as “13C/953”.

Corrigendum

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette of 16 February 1995, No. 14, page 462, the word “Waiouhau” in the Second Schedule should read “Waiohau”.

Maori Land Development Notice
Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:
Notice
- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1995, No. 4.
- The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.
- The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
