Pursuant to section 52 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, at the request of The Christchurch City Council, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by that council for road diversion, to be set apart for housing purposes and road respectively.

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto be road and, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 63 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
