Change of Class of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Ruamata

Pursuant to section 153 (1) (b) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby declare that Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Ruamata will become a composite school on the 1st day of January 1996 and will cease to be a primary school on that day.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under the authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated 31 July 1990, which was granted under those regulations to C. A. Lashmar in respect of Justice Department Childcare Centre, situated at 24 Canning Crescent, Otaihuhu, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under the authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated 31 October 1994, which was granted under those regulations to Paeharakeke Whitehead in respect of Te Rawhero Kohanga Reo, Te Rawhero Road, Tolaga Bay.

The centre has voluntarily closed as from 1 July 1995.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
