And—Hydro Engineering Finance Company Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 5 Ribble Street, Oamaru—Defendant:

Take notice that on 11 May 1995, an application for the winding up of Hydro Engineering Finance Company Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Timaru and that on 5 July 1995, it was ordered by consent that this proceeding be transferred to the High Court at Dunedin.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on 6 September 1995 at 9.15 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicant is Hydro Engineering Company Limited (in liquidation), whose address for service is at the offices of Downie Stewart, Solicitors, Fifth Floor, formerly Baycorp House but now PSA House, 335 Princes Street, Dunedin.
