Land to be Taken for Road and Road to be Stopped and Vested Matarikoriko and Mamaku Road, Waitara

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, the areas described in the First Schedule hereto to be taken for road and vested in The New Plymouth District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), the area of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), the road described in the Second Schedule now known as Section 1 on S.O. 12669, when stopped, to be vested in Brigadoon Farm Limited, a duly incorporated company at Wellington and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume F2, folio 1110, subject to middle line proclamations 306074 and 306075, subject to transfer of grant of easement 311619.2 and subject to memorandum of mortgage 406681.4.

Amending Declaration to Set Apart Land for Railway Purposes, New Plymouth

Information, New Plymouth, on behalf of the Minister of Lands, hereby amends the declaration dated 21 June 1995, published in New Zealand Gazette 1995, No. 64 at page 1736, declaring land to be set apart for Railway purposes, New Plymouth by deleting the description “Lot 1, L.T. 18506 being part land in deeds index 14/712, 14/713 and 14/714” and substituting the description “part Lots 92, 93 and 94, Deeds Plan 16 being parts of Maori Reserves 18 and 23, Fitzroy District, situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District being part land in deeds index 14/712, 14/713 and 14/714 and being more particularly shown as Lot 1 on L.T. 18506.”

Road Deviation at Wairiri Valley on State Highway 72

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 shall form part of State Highway 73 and shall vest in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The area marked “L” on S.O. Plan 13222 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 25A/244.

(ii) The area marked “M” on S.O. Plan 13222 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 25A/245.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto be taken and that the area “G” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 25A/244.
