Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of July 1995, Raymond Gordon Burgess, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of all the property of Pacific Hospitality Limited under the powers of the debenture dated the 29th day of November 1993, given by that company in favour of Akatea Investments Limited.

The property in receivership is all the company’s undertaking, property and assets.

ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited on the 20th day of July 1995, appointed Kerry Thomas Stotter and Graeme George McDonald, chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Asda Dairies Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 10th day of November 1994, which property consists of all the assets of the company, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future.
