Declaring Land Held for the Development of Water Power (Stoke Substation) to be Set Apart for Water Storage Purposes in the City of Nelson

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart, subject to building line restrictions 826 and K2563, for water storage purposes.

5.8515 hectares situated in Block IV, Waimea Survey District, being Section 6, S.O. Plan 14979; part certificate of title No. 11C/75.

Unclaimed Property Notice of Order Made by the High Court Appointing the Public Trustee Manager Under the Public Trust Office Act 1957, Part V

Pursuant to section 80 (1) of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, the Public Trustee hereby gives notice that:

Leslie Pirika, the owner of the property mentioned in the Schedule hereto is absent from New Zealand or dead and after due inquiry, it is not known whether any agent or administrator in New Zealand has authority to take possession of and administer the property.
By order of the High Court at Hamilton on the 1st day of May 1995, the Public Trustee has been appointed manager of the property under Part V of the said Act.

Undivided one-quarter share or interest as tenants in common in all that parcel of land containing 2 roods, 23.6 perches, more or less, being Paparaha 1D1A2 Block, being all of the land contained and described in certificate of title 10A/420 (South Auckland Registry).
