Notice Calling Final Meeting

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Spur Development & Construction Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company and a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held in the offices of John Vague & Associates, Fifth Floor, DB Tower, 80 Greys Avenue, Auckland, on Friday, 4 August 1995 at 2.30 p.m.:
