Reserves Act 1977

Change to the Classification of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Department of Conservation in the Hawke’s Bay Conservancy changes the classification of that part of the Putorino Recreation Reserve, described in the Schedule below, from recreation reserve to local purpose (fire station) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
