Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators of Acet Information Systems Limited (in liquidation), fix the 7th day of August 1995, as the day on or before the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have under section 286 of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims made, as the case may be, from objecting to that distribution.

Further Business:

To consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:

That the books, accounts and documents of the company and of the liquidator be disposed of to the care of the directors.

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.
