On 4 July 1995, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 211 of the Companies Act 1955, that Mercury Bay Developments Limited be liquidated and that Kerry Thomas Stotter and Graeme George McDonald, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
