Road Stopped in Whakatane District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and further declares that area “J”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 55929, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 50D/358, subject to statutory land charge H. 356493.1 and to memoranda of mortgage H. 906593.3 and H. 644516.4, South Auckland Land Registry.

Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for the Purposes of a Motorway in Wellington City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated 16 May 1995, acquiring land for the purposes of a motorway, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 May 1995, No. 47 at page 1220, by deleting the Schedule and substituting the following.
