Survey and Land Information

Public Works Act 1981

Land, and Easement in Gross Over Land, Acquired in Whangarei District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule and a right to convey water over the land described in the Second Schedule containing the rights and powers contained in the second and fifth paragraphs of the Land Transfer Act 1952, as modified by the additional terms and conditions described in the addendum attached, are acquired, in perpetuity for irrigation purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is acquired for road and shall vest in The New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment (State Highway No. 30) in Waitomo District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.
