Electricity (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1994

Electricity (Information Disclosure) Regulations (Waipori Power Generation Limited) Exemption Notice 1995

Pursuant to regulation 24 (7) of the Electricity (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1994, and acting under delegated authority from the Acting Secretary of Commerce, I hereby give the following notice:

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Electricity (Information Disclosure) Regulations (Waipori Power Generation Limited) Exemption Notice 1995.

(2) This notice shall take effect on the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

  1. Waipori Power Generation Limited exempted—Waipori Power Generation Limited is hereby exempted from all of the requirements of regulation 6, regulation 9, regulations 13 to 16, and regulations 18 to 21 of the Electricity (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1994.

Explanatory Note

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

The exemption does not affect any other requirements applying to Waipori Power Generation Limited under the regulations.

Change of Class of St Bernard’s College, Lower Hutt

Pursuant to section 153 of the Education Act 1989, I hereby give notice that St Bernard’s College will become a Form 1–7 composite school on 1 January 1996 and will cease to be a Form 3–7 secondary school on that day.

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Patrick’s College, Silverstream.

The said supplementary agreement was executed on the 21st day of June 1995. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 65 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt.
