Electricity (Information Disclosure) Regulations (Waipori Power Generation Limited) Exemption Notice 1995

Pursuant to regulation 24 (7) of the Electricity (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1994, and acting under delegated authority from the Acting Secretary of Commerce, I hereby give the following notice:

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Electricity (Information Disclosure) Regulations (Waipori Power Generation Limited) Exemption Notice 1995.

(2) This notice shall take effect on the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Waipori Power Generation Limited exempted—Waipori Power Generation Limited is hereby exempted from all of the requirements of regulation 6, regulation 9, regulations 13 to 16, and regulations 18 to 21 of the Electricity (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1994.
