Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that as the liquidator of Telcorp Limited (in liquidation), I fix the 20th day of July 1995, as the day on or before which any creditors who are afforded a preference in accordance with Schedule 8C and section 286 of the Companies Act 1955, of the company are to make their claims, and to establish the priority of their claims or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Realisations will be insufficient to enable a distribution to unsecured creditors. I am therefore calling only for preferential creditors (in particular any former employees) to submit claims in the liquidation.

Preferential claims are to be forwarded to Mrs J. Loper, Coopers & Lybrand, P.O. Box 243, Wellington.
