Peter Reginald Seabrook Jollands and Catherine Jane Jollands, both insolvency practitioners, whose offices are at Peter Jollands & Associates, Fourth Floor, Liverpool House, corner of Liverpool and Karangahape Roads, Auckland, with reference to Interiors 2000 Limited, hereby give notice that on the 28th day of June 1995, the Bank of New Zealand appointed them jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 19th day of September 1992.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, wheresoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
