Appointment of the Auckland Kindergarten Association to Control and Manager a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby appoints the Auckland Kindergarten Association to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (kindergarten) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Change of Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (child activity centre) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration That Land is Reserve and Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The North Shore City Council on the 16th day of May 1994:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The North Shore City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”

Furthermore, the Regional Conservator hereby classifies the reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

North Auckland Land District—North Shore City

303 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 1219, situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District. All certificate of title 69/139.

Second Schedule

North Auckland Land District—North Shore City

3132 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 24804, situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District. All certificate of title 648/270. Subject to the Cemeteries Act 1908, and by virtue of section 78 thereof, is to be maintained as a public reserve and shall not be sold or leased or diverted to any other purpose.
