Pursuant to Section 295 of the Companies Act 1955

1. Take notice that it is intended to remove Club Knit (N.Z.) Limited ("the company") from the New Zealand Register under section 293 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1955, on the ground that it has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court under section 211 of the Companies Act 1955, for an order putting the company into liquidation.

2. The company’s registered office is at First Floor, AMP Centre, Grey Street, Wellington.

3. Anyone wishing to object under section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, to the removal, must deliver his or her objection to the Registrar of Companies by the 22nd day of February 1995.
