Land Acquired for State Housing Purposes in the City of Nelson

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for State housing purposes, pursuant to the Housing Act 1955 and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

1396 square metres, situated in the City of Nelson, being Lot 7, D.P. 6142; all certificate of title No. 11B/424.

Road Deviation at Hurunui River Bridge

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of the State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in balance certificate of title No. 35D/169, Canterbury Land Registry.

As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 19052, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch.
