Whereas:

1. Saunders Investments Limited, a duly incorporated company is the owner of the property mentioned in the Schedule ("the property").

2. The company known as Saunders Investments Limited, was dissolved on the 1st day of February 1990.

3. The property would vest in the Crown under section 377 of the Companies Act 1955, or otherwise if it were not subject to a trust for any other person, and after such inquiry it is not known whether it is subject to any such other trust.

4. The gross value of the property (as estimated by the Public Trustee) does not exceed $4,000.
