The parties hereunder described have agreed to form a special partnership under section 49 of the Partnership Act 1908, and certify as to the requirements of section 51 of the said Act as follows:

The style under which the partnership is to be conducted shall be Construction Resources Imports Limited & Company.
The general nature of the business to be conducted is the importing of scaffolding from Italy for sale in New Zealand.
The principal place at which the business is to be conducted is Auckland.
The partnership is to commence on 22 May 1995 and is to end on 30 November 1995.
The names and places of residence of all the partners and the amount of capital which the special and general partners are contributing to the common stock is per the following Schedule.

Shand Investments Limited, 0.06 cents in the dollar, making a total dividend paid of 3.6 cents.

Notice of Intention to Restore Company to the Register

The Companies Act 1955 (as amended)

Take notice upon application by T. E. N. Buckley, director of 949 River Road, Hamilton, the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton proposes to restore the following company to the Register of Companies:

Buckley-Harman Enterprises Limited HN. 200025.

The Registrar proposes to act under section 303 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended) on the grounds that the company was still carrying on business, or other reasons existed for the company to continue in existence at the time that it was removed from the Register.

Any person who objects to the restoration of this company to the Register must deliver notice of that objection on or before 12 July 1995.
