Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register Infill Developments Limited ("the company") which has its registered office at Wellington by request, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955 ("the Act") on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed any surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles and the Act.

The date by which any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is 10 July 1995.
